GETS Rentals Pet Policy

For units that allow pets (not all units do) there is a $300 non refundable cleaning fee as well as a pet fee of $30 per month per animal. No large animals or dogs from the below banned list. A pet application must be filled out and approved prior to allowing any animals to reside in your residence.
