Rental Requirements

• Income (pre-tax) must be 3 times your monthly rent
• Satisfactory Credit and background check
• No past evictions

View a unit

• Do you meet the above requirements?
• E-mail the following items to getsrentals@gmail.com.  Photo of your ID, Unit your enquiring about, date & time you would like to see the unit.
• We will send you a code that will open the door so you can view the unit at your leisure
• With your door code you will receive a summary of our polices to review.

Application

• If you like the unit return to our site and fill out an application
• you will then get an e-mail asking you to approve your Credit & Background check
• We review applications in the order they are received.
• If approved you will have 48 hours to accept then we will move onto the next applicant.
